The Madrid Regional President advocates freedom as the focus of her government

He stressed that Madrid has become a pioneer in job creation, but without stopping providing support.

“Open societies welcome talent” are the pillars of the economic model, underlining the policy of the Popular Party, insisting Madrid has proven its strength during the pandemic.

He also said that his government will not act arbitrarily and will not raise taxes.

Among others, Diaz Ayuso highlighted the “joy of life” that can be observed in Madrid, where “all dialects” are heard, Andalusian, Galician, Venezuelan or Cuban, while stressing that the best gastronomy in the world comes to the capital of the Emirates United Arab. Spain.

The policy noted Madrid’s low level of indebtedness, a community that “generates less debt,” and compared this situation to other communities facing a high level of debt for posterity.

He also noted that the Community of Madrid contributes 19.4% of the GDP to the Spanish economy, and gave the pandemic situation as an example, stating that this “puts us to the test”.

According to data from regional accounts for the last four months of 2022, last year the region’s economy grew by up to 5.7%, two-tenths higher than Spain’s total.
