Mexico is preparing for the 404th International Festival of Arts and Technology

The authority states in a press release today that this event was born in the city of Rosario, Argentina, and its main goal is to democratize culture and disseminate artistic productions that combine art with technology and create an environment in which artists interact with society. .

The new edition brings together more than 40 artists from Germany, Argentina, Canada, Chile, Slovenia, Spain, the United States, France, Japan, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Russia and Taiwan.

It is scheduled to open on Wednesday, the 11th of this month, with an audio-visual presentation entitled “A Study in the Spiral: Mutation and Permanence” by visual and performance artist Tania Reda.

On the same day, Error 404 introduced the Vishanas, a performance duo of experimental electronic music.

According to the media note, the festival will include two talks on Friday the 13th: “Live Works (and Interdisciplinarity)” which will provide a search for new tools and expressive acts that go beyond the physical stage.

On the same day, there will be a discussion of “Interconnected Narratives”, which challenges the traditional linear narrative structure and invites us to explore how users interact and co-create the story.

The 404 International Festival of Arts and Technology exhibition will feature pieces by artists such as Ashby Solano, Diego Trujillo, Gerardo Castillo, Okoti Lab, Omar James Ryu, Raisa Pimentel, David Clark, Ano Lab, Ryuichi Kurokawa, and Gautier Lo. Rozic, Annie Garza Lau, and Stephanie Wasserman.
