The head of government, Pedro Sanchez, has confirmed that the process of vaccination against Covid-19 in Spain is proceeding “at a faster rate than in the United Kingdom, France or the United States”.

In a message on Twitter, Sanchez insisted that “vaccinating, vaccinating and vaccinating” is the “only way” to “leave the epidemic and “recover”.

He wrote on his account with two: “In Spain we have always been clear about this. Thanks to our excellent health and professionals, we are vaccinating at a faster rate than the UK, France or the US.
