Information to participate in the three exhibitions mentioned above:
The maximum assistance allocated by ICEX in the 2024 Sector Plan for each of these activities is €60,000.
ICEX’s general support percentage will be for the concepts listed below up to 40% .
Concepts that ICEX may support for each exhibition are:
- Suite space rental in square meters (includes registration fees and mandatory insurance).
- Decoration (includes moving decorative and floral decoration materials and assembling and disassembling stands, posters and other decorative elements.
Registration deadline: The three calls will begin on October 27, 2023 and end on January 8, 2024. Any assistance application received after the completion date will not be accepted.
Businesses must inform FEDECON of their request for assistance by: sending an email to: [email protected].
To administer ICEX aid, the Federation of Apparel Enterprises (FEDECON) will bill 15% of the ICEX aid received to each participating company, whether associated or not, once the aid received from ICEX is settled.
