Karhooy FRENOW joins forces to provide shared transportation services to travelers across Europe

Karhoo and FRENOW collaborate to facilitate personal and business travel by improving accessibility of ridesharing services.

Karhoo, a global B2B platform for integrated mobility, and FreeNOW, the European mobility super app, have announced a partnership to expand their mobility offerings across the European continent. This cooperation aims to make private and business trips more flexible, and improve access to taxi and rental services with drivers.

Karhoo will enrich its white-label mobility solutions, by integrating FREENOW’s taxi and driver rental offerings to serve some of the biggest brands in the hospitality, travel and corporate sectors, including, in particular, Accor and SNCF Connect. The FREENOW network, which today includes more than 200,000 taxis and rental vehicles with drivers, will be integrated with absolute transparency into various applications and websites dedicated to customers, to ensure an optimal passenger experience. This partnership allows Karhoo to increasingly respond to current demand and offer a wide range of taxi and driver rental options. In addition to the classic fleet, it will also be possible to choose between electric, hybrid and wheelchair accessible vehicles.

FREENOW and Karhoo are rolling out the new service offering in key European markets, in particular Germany, Austria, Spain, Ireland, Greece, Italy, France, Poland and the United Kingdom. The technical integration is expected to be completed in all markets by early 2024. Moreover, the two companies are already planning to expand the partnership in the near future.
