In the occupied West Bank, Israeli armed forces killed an unarmed 17-year-old man in Khalil Suleiman Hospital. Médecins Sans Frontières also witnessed Israeli soldiers preventing ambulances transporting patients who had been discharged from the hospital to their homes. Ambulance drivers were forced to get out of their cars, strip naked, and kneel on the ground. The medical organization confirms that this measure is part of a pattern of attacks targeting health personnel in the West Bank since October 7. These incidents also included live firing and tear gas at hospitals, obstruction of the passage of emergency vehicles, as well as humiliation and harassment of medical staff. Outside the hospital building, Israeli soldiers desecrated a mosque in Jenin and performed Jewish prayers similar to the Islamic call to prayer. This came as part of a three-day Israeli raid on the Jenin refugee camp, in which at least a dozen Palestinians were killed and more than 100 others were arrested.
