García's appointment as Spain's new UK Finance Minister was recently published in the State Gazette (BOE), and as a result of this appointment, the Bank of England is this Thursday publishing her dismissal as Director of the Debt Collection Department. Tax agency.

The Ministry of Finance of the Permanent Diplomatic Mission of Spain in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, headquartered at the Spanish Embassy in London, is one of the nine Ministry of Finance abroad under the Ministry of the Treasury and Public Service.

The functions of the Finance Departments consist mainly of providing advice and technical assistance and performing support functions to the command and other bodies of the diplomatic mission on tax and customs matters, as well as budget and general accounting.

Holding a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, Soledad García belongs to the Supreme Council of State Treasury Inspectors.
