It is a movie directed by Iranian director Morgan Satrapi, and it is based on the story of scientist Marie Curie. He recounts his hard work in the midst of a scientific field and a society punctuated by patriarchal and patriarchal values.

Original investigations in the laboratory with her partner and science partner Pierre, her discoveries, difficulties posed by the environment, health problems, and everyday life as a mother are part of the story.

It tells about the diligent work on developing the theory of radioactivity and the discovery of radium and polonium. The story reflects the work of a lifetime and the consequences that led to these discoveries, and jumps back in time with pictures of its good and bad uses throughout history, as Correz warned and anticipated.

Madame Curie became the first woman to receive the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1903, and the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1911. She was one of the brightest minds in science.
