Among the main initial activities are the well-attended Zumba classes that take place every Sunday as part of Calle Recreativa. In addition, the 3×3 basketball court is used by referees from the Rosarina Basketball Association (ARBB), who carry out the practical aspects of training twice a week.

It is worth noting that two 3×3 basketball tournaments are scheduled for September. One for pre-university class and another for university.

Starting in September, the tightrope school will begin running, a balance sport in which a flat belt usually of nylon or polyester is used. This tape is installed between two fixed points, usually trees, and tightened.

In turn, a program of recreational and sports activities is under development, as well as an investment project by the United Nations so that courses and workshops related to academic training on real estate are developed, in the context of linking with different sciences.
