In statements issued by his political powerhouse, to which he belongs and which President Ilir Meta has campaigned, he added that observers from LSI and the Democratic Party of Albania (PDS) indicated that they could have had 85 90 sessions out of 140 that make up the National Parliament.

He warned the political structures of both forces, which he called the United Opposition, not to retreat from the millimeter now after voting until the last citizen left the school ranks at the last minute after 7:00 pm local time.

An opinion poll by an Albanian TV channel showed that the Socialist Rama Party would have received 46.9 of the votes, Lulzim Basha received 43.5 of the votes, and LSI ranked third with 6, 9 percent.

At 6 p.m., an hour before the official close of polling stations, 45.48 percent of eligible citizens attended (3,600,000), the Central Election Commission said.

However, the number is expected to rise to around 50 percent, due to a rise in the number of people attending school at the last minute, an almost imitation of previous similar operations.

At the end of the vote, the head of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celebashi, said that it had been passed in a peaceful and normal manner, despite the single events, which are considered insignificant.

He said that within only 48 hours it would be possible to officially announce the winner of these elections.

He said that the Central Elections Commission will adopt all necessary procedures to announce the final results of the parties within two days, and after that we will continue to work to determine the outcome of the candidates for the representatives.
