Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on Saturday described Russian President Vladimir Putin’s peace proposals in Ukraine as “propaganda”, which urged Kiev to withdraw its forces from four Ukrainian regions claimed by Moscow and abandon joining NATO.
