In his new role, Vaishak will be responsible for growing DSP's business in Europe and the Americas and strengthening DSP's relationships with existing international investors.
Vaishak has two decades of investment management experience, with a proven track record of successfully raising long-term assets from global investors. In his previous role as CEO of Kotak Mahindra (UK) Limited, he was a driving force in its international business and a strong supporter of the company's environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts. He has previously worked with ICICI Bank in India and UK.
