Bolivia condemns the mismanagement of the budget in Santa Cruz

“It is money lost in their financial accounts, and we note that since the impact work has not been delivered to the residents of Santa Cruz, and we see that most of the implementation that the government has carried out is simply in current spending, that is, in salaries, salaries, administrative expenses, and so on in investment projects,” Yugra said.
