As part of the agreement, the two countries will hold the first South Korea-UK Digital Partnership Forum and launch a joint science and technology committee later this year.

Lee and Donelan studied plans for the second AI Security Summit to be held this year, following the first summit held last year in the United Kingdom.

Calling for stronger relations between Seoul and London, Lee said that through bilateral ministerial talks, they took the first step to implement cooperation in the fields of science and technology and information and communications technology (ICT), as agreed upon last year. .
