The herbal and traditional medicine workshop begins in Jesús María

The local DIF in Jesús María has launched a workshop on traditional medicine, herbs and microdoses which will last until next June and is open to the general public.

The aforementioned workshop aims to “transmit and enhance the use of traditional methods of the ancestors, to restore health, as well as share these technologies with the new generations so that they are not lost like many traditions,” said the head of the mentioned foundation, Liliana, the Crown Prince. Arambola.

He added that in this course, participants must acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to promote a better quality of life and prevent early deterioration through timely care and attention, thus avoiding physical, emotional and economic complications, among other things.

In this sense, he thanked the course director Lucia Macias for her interest in sharing her knowledge with the population so that they could have access to healthcare tools based on traditional medicine, which was the basis of our ancestors.

He also invited those wishing to join the workshop, which is held twice on Wednesday, ten in the morning and five in the afternoon.
