Russian justice imposes two fines on Telegram of approximately $ 175,000

(EFE). On Tuesday, the Russian Court of Justice imposed two fines on the Telegram messaging service with a total value of 11 million rubles, or about 175 thousand dollars, due to its refusal to remove the content at the request of the Russian authorities.
