Iran demands results of nuclear dialogue – Prinsa Latina

“Our mandate is only to engage in results-oriented dialogue,” Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said in a message on social media.

The spokesman condemned Washington’s economic terrorism policy, and called on the White House to accept the reality.

“It is time for the part that came out of PIAC to wake up to the new reality,” he said.

The Iranian Foreign Minister at the time, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, stressed that the condition for returning to the negotiations in Vienna stems from their being constructive.

Although US President Joe Biden has expressed interest in Washington’s eventual return to the nuclear deal, so far he has continued the pressure and coercion that his predecessor, Donald Trump, applied against Iran.

This return is also conditional on the Islamic Republic fulfilling its nuclear obligations, despite the fact that Tehran, according to the UN Atomic Agency, has never violated the terms; His measurements are part of the PIAC.

After the US abandoned the agreement and reimposed sanctions that had been lifted under the multilateral treaty, Iran began enriching uranium beyond the agreed limit and put in place more efficient equipment to make it happen.

However, the Persian nation’s authorities have reiterated that they will revert to the original agreement if all signatories to the agreement go back as scheduled and the United States lifts its sanctions.
