  • 6 tablespoons of white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of dry wine
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons butter or oil

Prepare:

  1. Peel the banana. We can cut it in half, lengthwise. As well as on medium to large wheels.
  2. Place the pieces in a flat bowl, and make small diagonal (cross-shaped) cuts on both sides.
  3. In the slits we put pieces of cinnamon.
  4. Then sprinkle everything with ground cinnamon.
  5. We add sugar, dry wine and butter cut into pieces on top.
  6. Simmer over low heat until bananas are soft and syrup has dissolved. (It may take an hour or so).
