Smart-glasses maker Innovative Eyewear notches a thirteenth straight quarter of growth as wholesale deals begin to bite.
Tekcapital (AIM: TEK) said its portfolio company Innovative Eyewear has posted record quarterly sales, with preliminary net sales for the third quarter rising around 55% to approximately $1.04m, the highest quarterly figure in the Nasdaq-listed smart-glasses maker's history and its thirteenth consecutive quarter of year-on-year growth.
The jump was driven by continued online demand and the first shipments under new wholesale agreements, including a rollout across more than 150 stores with a major US big-box retailer, a launch with a Canadian optical chain, and initial orders from its Australia and New Zealand distributor, deals the company expects to contribute more meaningfully from the fourth quarter onwards.

Innovative Eyewear, which trades under brands including Lucyd and Reebok, said nine-month net sales reached around $2.8m, already surpassing its total sales for the whole of 2025, underlining the pace of its growth trajectory this year.
Chief executive Harrison Gross said the business had deliberately run promotional pricing on older models and held back on advertising spend to clear the way for the planned fourth-quarter launch of Lucyd Aero, described as the company's lightest and most advanced smartglasses yet, timed to coincide with what has historically been its strongest trading quarter.
Innovative Eyewear is currently valued at $7.6m on Nasdaq. With wholesale partnerships only beginning to feed through and the Lucyd Aero launch still to come, investors in Tekcapital will be watching for confirmation that the fourth quarter builds further on this run of growth.
