COPOCYT invites to the 2025 Potosina Science and Engineering Fair – El Imparcial de Matehuala

The Potosi Science and Technology Council (Copocyt) invites high school and university students to participate in the Potosi Science and Engineering Fair 2025, with the aim of promoting scientific research, technological development and innovation.

Rosalba Medina Rivera, President of Copocyt, explained that, in accordance with the instructions of Governor Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, to promote scientific careers among young people from Potosí, through their participation in scientific and technological projects, students will be able to participate in this space for the penultimate semester of secondary or higher education, from August to December 2024, individually or in teams of up to three students from the same institution.

The call will be valid from July 1 to November 21, 2024. Interested parties will be able to participate in the information session on September 4 in virtual mode. The schedule and registration will be announced through Copocyt’s social networks. Finally, the president of Copocet said that the Potosina Science and Engineering Fair 2025 will be held this year, drawing on the fact that the students of the winning projects will participate in the Mexican Science and Engineering Fair (FEMECI) 2025 at the beginning of 2025, coordinated by the National Network of State Science and Technology Councils and Organizations and which will be carried out in Chihuahua.
