Description
Spiritel is the holding company for a group of companies whose focus is telecommunications services and products. Spiritel's initial trading division, Expo Communications, was founded in 2000 and is a call termination businesses focussing on calls from fixed lines to mobiles. Spiritel has also launched VoIP services through its Spiritel Technologies division. Spiritel joined the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2004.
