Tower Resources clears environmental hurdle ahead of first well in Uganda

Tower Resources, the oil and gas explorer with interests in sub-Saharan Africa has received environmental clearance to drill its first well in Uganda.
The company’s Environmental Impact Assessment has been given approval for Iti-1 - the first well to be drilled in Exploration Area 5. The consent means Tower’s Ugandan operation, Neptune Petroleum, can proceed with preparing the drilling site in advance of receiving a drilling rig.
