Myhome International shares suspended following Lloyds TSB demand notice

Myhome International has received a demand notice from Lloyds TSB Bank for the immediate repayment of all monies owed to Lloyds TSB.
Myhome International announced in July that it was in discussions with Lloyds TSB about restructuring its £8 miilion debt facilities as it was in breach of a number of its banking covenants.
Myhome International said that the demand had been received notwithstanding the fact that the Company is still trading within its banking facilities and actively pursuing an offer from a new potential investor to replace the Company’s existing bank debt.
Myhome International added that it is unable to repay the monies owed to Lloyds TSB and trading in its shares on AIM has been suspended.
