Kryso Resources sees sharp rise in resourse estimate for Pakrut gold project

17 November 2009

Kryso Resources, the gold explorer that is currently taking the Pakrut project in Tajikistan through a bankable feasibility study, has updated the total JORC-compliant resource for the project to 2,830,104 ounces of gold.

The latest figures compiled by consultants from GeoLogix represent a 43% increase on the previous estimate and further increases are expected once all results from 2009 drilling are incorporated.

The latest figures have seen an increase of 165,751 ounces of gold in the measured and indicated JORC categories.

Dr. Trevor Davenport, the non-executive chairman and acting managing director of Kryso, said he was “very pleased” to see such a major increase in Pakrut's total JORC Code-compliant resources.
