Connaught acquires Botes Building business

Connaught has acquired the contract maintenance business assets of Botes Building Limited for a cash consideration of £3.25 million.
The assets acquired from Botes are primarily social housing maintenance contracts with a number of local authority bodies in the London and South East region. Approximately 200 staff will transfer to Connaught.
